Return or exchange request for custom made products will not be entertained. While you are placing an order of custom jackets make sure the details you are giving is accurate. We take strict details of color mixes, side and features from our customers.
As specified before worn, adjusted or washed products won’t be returned nor exchanged.
If the mistake is not from our side, customer is not satisfied with the size or color, you cannot drop the request of return or exchange.

Refund Policy
When we get the returned product there will be further 8-10 days required to process the payment. The method of payment return will be chosen depending on the shared comprehension with the purchasers.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
