RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At J4Jacket, we ensure to deliver our customers with the best quality garment. Each leather jacket that we craft goes through a rigorous check and balance before getting delivered to the customer. We ensure that our quality checks are absolutely up to the mark and each jacket meets the desired standard of our customer. However, even after such a strict inspection, there is always a possibility of a defect or damage within the product. There could be multiple reasons for the damage, mainly being mishandling during the transit. If the customer has been delivered with a defective product, and wants to get it exchanged or returned, we offer a set of policies for the action that imply on the customer.
Return Policy
At J4Jacket, we ensure that your shopping experience with use leaves you fulfilled and happy. But if the things do not work out in your favor, and you have received a damaged or wrong product, then we have a 7 days return policy for you. How Order Cancellation Works At j4Jacket
We always advise our customers to place their orders after complete surety and satisfaction. But if things take a wrong turn and you want to cancel your order, then we offer order cancellation as well. In order to avoid inconvenience, we advise our customers to cancel their order within 24 hours. By doing so, the complete amount will be returned to the customers without any charges being applied on. Whereas, if the customer does not cancel the order within the time period of 24 hours, then the following conditions will be applied.
- If the cancellation is made after 24 hours, then 30% of the customer’s amount will be deducted.
- 50% of the amount will be deducted from the paid amount of the customer if the order is canceled 3 days prior to shipping.
- Cancellation made after 3 days of order confirmation will not be catered.
- If you want to cancel your order, you must make the request within 24 hours after placing the order.
How Our Exchange Policy Works
Our return policy is quite flexible at j4Jacket. We care about the time and money of our customers and we have made this exchange policy while keeping the ease of both the parties in mind. Following conditions will be applied during the act of exchange policy.
- This offer is not valid if the customer is ordering two products in the same size, color, and style.
- Our return and exchange policy does not work on orders that are custom-made. As these orders are made especially considering the requirements of the customer.
- If the customer wants to exchange a product then the customer will have to bear the handling and shipping cost, which varies with the size and weight of the product.
- In case if the customer removes the tag from the product, we would not entertain Return, Exchange, and Refund.
- If the customer is making the request for return, exchange, or refund after 24 hours of receiving the product, then our policy is not applicable.
- At J4Jacket, we ensure the quality of our product. Our quality assurance team checks the size, color, and quality of the product before sending it to our customers. But even if you find a defective item in your package, then you can contact our customer service provider and send the pictures of your defective item.
Our Policy Related to Custom Duties
Please be aware that customs duties are imposed by government authorities and are subject to the laws of the respective country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
In the event that customs duties are applied to your shipment, you will be responsible for their payment.
